Cons

Horrible treatment of employees, in accordance with their motto that everything and everyone is "fungible," meaning replaceable and expendable.

They work their employees like dogs and hold promotions or work visas over their heads in order to try and retain them.

There is a reason why they have such high turnover (less than 1 year of service).

Management is short-sighted and reactive versus proactive.

Advice to Management

Stop overworking your employees and focus more on making them engaged and create less dysfunction within your teams. The cost of hiring and getting new employees up to speed every year is not just a dollar figure of losses but affects the service products built. There is little sustainability in the work conducted.
