- Many opportunities for growth in various areas. However, the actual growth rate is lower than I would like due to a handful of slow processes and bad internal tooling that offers little transferable knowledge.
- Interesting projects.
- Decent total compensation (perhaps weighted too heavily due to recent market valuation exploding in Amazon's favor).
- Slowly adapting work culture
- Inconsistent quality and procedural standards across teams in the same organization
