- A lot of interesting projects.
- Proposed compensation was well above what I expected.
- I got my green card within 2 years of my first day.
- Great CEO with very ambitious plans.
- Not much benefits in the office (no free food, etc.).
- On-calls.
- If you are not doing well in your current project, you will most probably be fired. There is no chance to switch if you are underperforming.
Sometimes a person is just not right for the project. So, a restriction to change projects if performance on the current project is low is kind of harsh.
