Great place to work, but not for everyone
- Good challenging problems to solve.
- Easy access to senior talent if you are in Seattle HQ.
- Bad if you get into a team with legacy systems.
- Higher expectations, work-life balance is not great in all teams, and weekends on-call is not a great thing.
- Offshore teams do not have senior talent.
- Lot of politics at a higher level (depends on the team too).
- Promotions need you to be hardworking and lucky both.
