Good work and experience overall. Poor benefits
The opportunities to do interesting work are there at Amazon. The pay and work/life balance are good. Management is very good from my experience.
The benefits are not great. Conveniences which are common at other companies, like a gym or snacks/drinks, are often not provided. The company makes a lot of questionable decisions under the guise of "frugality."
