Any work you do is at huge scale, so it is at least a little interesting.
WLB is not bad (retail, non-AWS side).
Offices are quite cramped and bare with not many perks. This matters more to me now that we are full-time in-office. I am interviewing elsewhere because of it. Culture is meeting and doc heavy. Things move really slowly.
RTO was a mistake.
