Great company if you are in your 20s
- Incredibly talented and driven people
- Non-existent politics
- You learn a lot every day
"NO" work/life balance. It is a great company to be in when you are in your 20s and can spend a lot of extra hours.
- Every mistake gets highlighted in the review.
- No credit is given for going out of your way to do something (because that is expected).
- Very poor (read nonexistent) perks.
- Very high churn (within one year, I was the third most senior member of my team). This means that you have to constantly pitch in to mentor/train new hires (mostly new graduates).
