- You may get stuck with a really boring project for a long time.
- Many junior devs in some orgs.
- SDE2 role is too wide (recent new grads who got promoted and people with more than 8 years of industry experience).
- Really hard to get promotion from SDE2 to SDE3.
- Cheap hardware.
- Stock vesting schedule is quite unfair.
- No cash bonuses for performance, additional stock bonuses no earlier than after 1 year of employment.
- No free lunches or basic snacks.
