- No work-life balance. Work long hours, have on-calls, and log in from home.
- Absolutely not suitable for married people or anyone who just doesn't want to only work in his/her life. You cannot have any other commitments.
- Politics. The intensity depends on the team.
Try to fix the complaints posed in this forum. When you can see a clear majority in the issues raised, try to fix them.
