A nice place to work, but stressful and too frugal
The company has very nice software tools that ease our day-to-day work. The coworkers have good technical backgrounds, and one can learn whatever they want easily.
Stressful. Needs to carry a pager on a rotary basis. The performance review is also hard, especially for those who are not very sociable people.
Respect your workers.
