Very well-organized teams, and lots to learn from the professionals.
Most of the tools are custom designed, so one may not get exposure to the tools used by most of the other companies (open source).
It was quite smooth. I had an online assessment, then a round of interviews. Both were DSA-based. The online assessment had questions, and in the interview, I was also asked two DSA-based questions.
The process was straightforward. I got an OA which consisted of 3 steps: * Debugging * Coding * Simulation The coding questions were LeetCode easy/medium. Post OA, there was a video interview. The interviewer asked a couple of technical questions
Coding OA -> One-way workplace OA -> Technical interview -> Offer. The technical interview was just a tagged LeetCode question (medium difficulty). The overall process took quite long. I got the OA late December, and the interview was in February.
