Learned lots of tools & technology. Working with different languages at the same time. Got a chance to work on writing code, writing test cases, and handling Ops tasks altogether.
Too much authority has been given to Amazon managers. If you get the worst manager, they can ruin your career.
There is too much pressure to meet deadlines, and there are daily stand-ups.
The new manager should learn how to help recent graduates. They should give less stress and more time and support to new hires in their initial months.
