Pros

Very good pay. Lots of leave. Good medical insurance is provided.

Cons

While there are many leaves, your manager won't allow more than 5 leaves in a single stretch. You have to compromise your work-life balance; that is a harsh truth.

On-calls are a nightmare. You have to work almost 24/7. The average sleep per day I get during my on-calls is almost 3 hours.

The money is very good, which will be helpful when you are bedridden and have many diseases like back pain, obesity, dark circles, stress, etc.

Advice to Management

They won't see or listen anyway.

Amazon is not an HR-friendly company.

Tech guys are the boss here and have the final say.
