Great management. Was able to contribute to a project that actually made it to production in the short time I was there. Felt like I was really able to make an impact, and they do a lot to help you learn about the software development process in a large corporation.
When coming in, there's no flexibility on the kinds of projects you will be doing. I got lucky with a good manager and an achievable project, but I know others have been given neither, and it all comes down to chance.
