- Projects are large scale.
- Plenty of learning and skill building.
- A great place to grow professionally.
- Looks good on a resume.
You'll be in a good team based on luck.
High attrition rate and rightly so.
It's a huge org/company, so the work you do can be lost and it's difficult to make an impact.
Too much bureaucracy.
WLB will definitely take a hit.
If you can't work under high pressure and deal with bleh managers, then it's not the place for you.
