If unlucky, you can get into an ops-heavy team. Forget sleep or life.
Pay is not as good as other FANG companies.
The RSU model sucks.
What kind of work you get depends upon your team. So, either be lucky to get into the right team or give interviews again in the hope to get into the right team for you.
