I'm on a great team with highly motivated and focused teammates and a great manager that balances customer and team needs. Good work is recognized; Amazon does a great job of acknowledging merit.
Fast-paced development cycle, lack of care from higher-ups (RTO complaints).
Arbitrary reorganizations -- only have been here for roughly 15 months and we've had two high-level rebrandings and are going to move buildings twice.
