No pros for me, to be honest, other than working in such a big company.
There is no way to criticize how management does well. The team lead is more focused on your failures rather than your achievements. On the other side, they count the number of code reviews and tasks you've done, which is not realistic unless the size is given and the task is broken down. Helping each other in Amazon is really bad, and nobody cares about you as they see you as an opponent. Team leaders and senior engineers are really rude.
Do not micromanage. Focus on achievement rather than issues. Promote the engineers who really deserve it. Helping each other can speed up progress. So, instead of telling a senior engineer not to explain the solution to a problem, let them help engineers grow.
Recruiter reach out -> OA. Solved one question completely and passed half of the other question's tests. Later, I was rejected due to lack of experience on my resume. I actively asked if there were any SDE I positions, but they were unable to provid
Introduction, some info about the project. A detailed explanation for why a particular tech stack was chosen. Two DSA questions were asked, the approach was discussed, and time complexity analysis was done.
I first had to complete an online assessment, which consisted of two Medium-level DSA questions and a series of multiple-choice questions about system design. The OA questions are more challenging than those encountered during the actual interview lo
