Decent pay. Reasonable workload, but be aware this is highly team-dependent (I got lucky).
Annoying culture, doc writing, and the sheer amount of approvals and visibility you need to get promoted is way too much. Benefits are bad. Comp is good, but the vesting schedule is poo.
The bar for new grads is ridiculously low, almost embarrassing. How are we so careful not to spend $100 extra on WFH because of frugality, but we waste hundreds of thousands of dollars on incapable junior developers?
