This was for an SDE II at AWS Cryptography. The first interview was conducted by a recruiter. It was very pleasant and informative. The second was a 45-minute technical phone screen by a senior developer. The third was an hour-long technical code

The interviewers were super clear. I liked the process and the people I met, although the team seemed stressed out at the time. Leadership principles were emphasized, and I'm glad to have met people who exemplify them.
