Came in not knowing much about professional software engineering, left with a good understanding.
The culture is sort of cutthroat from what I've seen.
Have more sympathy for your employees and their situations.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. 2 interviews back to back, both were behavioral and technical. One technical question asked in each: * The first was on graph theory. * The second was a modified LRU cache.
