AWS has a reputation for being a challenging work environment with long hours and stressful work. However, the CFN team is a breath of fresh air. There is a lot of work to be done, but the team is gritty, dedicated, the work is super interesting, and the team is super flexible.
No cons I have experienced yet.

It was very hard. The question was of LeetCode hard level. They were also asking LLD and HLD questions. The number of rounds was also like 7-8. It was an off-campus opportunity.
