Good culture and benefits. Stuff.
Bad in Lay-off and PIP culture
I received an interview invitation for a new grad SDE role after an OA. I then had a three-round interview loop on a single day. I did well in all three rounds but unfortunately, I haven't received an offer.
OA -> 4 steps 1. Coding Challenge: 90 min, 2 questions 2. Work Simulation: 15 min - Software Architect and decision-making related 3. Work Style Assessment: 5 min - Leadership Principles 4. Amazon Work Style Assessment: 5 min - Leadership Principles
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds: * 1 Behavioral (Leadership Principles focused) * 2 Technical (DSA + System Design/Problem Solving) Amazon heavily emphasizes both problem-solving skills and alignment with their Leadership Principles
