It is a good company to work at.
I have not experienced any cons as of yet.
The OA questions are the same throughout the country, and the selection is done randomly. I submitted both questions correctly but was surprised when the shortlist came. Amazon is not good at selecting candidates. That is my opinion.
The interviewer was in a bit of a hurry. Even after I gave the correct solution, I received an email stating that the position had been filled and that they would transfer me to a different position, as my performance was satisfactory.
My interview process consisted of: * An online assessment, which included an online coding session with a web-IDE to write and compile code, and behavior questions as a second part. * A live coding interview session over the phone.
