There are a lot of new technologies being used. The pay is good, and the benefits are good. I have a really good work-life balance on the team I am on.
Work-life balance depends on your team. The 401k match could be a little better. Right now, it’s only a 2% match on 4% of your gross pay.
Please up the 401k match to the industry average. Everything else has been really good so far.
