Good stock, good location, smart engineers around you, very good to customers, good name on your resume, nice restaurants around the company.
You need to work very hard. They treat you like a dog. There is no good future for career advancement. Not recommended for senior people.
Treat your employees well.
Give them good chances to grow their careers.
Get rid of bad managers.
The company needs to improve.
