What I love most about Amazon is the work culture. As a new software engineer, I've learned so many lessons that will help me grow in my career. All my peers are competent and hard-working. The pay is good and the benefits are good. Your mileage may vary depending on the specific team or org you're in; I really enjoy my current org.
Got reorged into a new team within two months of starting. Not surprising in Big Tech, but not fun.
