I wouldn't recommend this to any new joiners.
New joiners receive no training except for some video training for 3 months. Some managers also start judging you within these 3 months. In the 4th month, they provided a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) to one of my friends, which is brutal. Is this a hire-to-fire policy? Stop playing with people's emotions.
Improve onboarding material.
