Big company. Becoming an L7 seems like a great prospect.
Not the best salary, not the best benefits, not the best workplace environment.
More and better benefits. Better pay. Previous workplace provided lunch, snacks, and staff dedicated to employee satisfaction. Less feeling like everybody is on a treadmill.

The process was very smooth. The coding test was on HackerRank with a medium and a hard problem. The HR person was very nice and explained the entire process nicely. The coding problems are on the harder side, so prep accordingly.
