- Work on a project from scratch to the end.
- Get a dedicated mentor who gives you close guidance.
- Relatively easier interviews compared to other top-tier companies.
- It would be case by case, but my team members, my mentor, and my manager were all great. They cared about my success as an intern, and there was a lot to learn from them.
- No free food (frugality)
- Feels like a corporate
