The only downside is the whole stack ranking of employees to fit them into buckets and to identify low performers. In general, a good system, but as you are forced to identify, it is not healthy for the culture.
Please rethink the OLR process! This 80-like employee rating is not modern, good for moral, and team culture. It does not fit the "Strive to be best employer" LP.
