Mechanisms and processes are great, but misused.
Lack of integrity and hypocritical leadership, with a focus only on their own promotions. It's an exploitative culture.
Hire and develop leaders with integrity and hold them accountable to the people working for them. India leaders are the worst. I worked for two organizations and found the same culture. I have never seen more robotic people in my career. They just lack basic human empathy and the need to share and collaborate. In the name of diversity, incompetent leaders are promoted, and they hide their incompetence by creating fear through firing. There is no integrity or trustworthiness. US teams overlord India teams as usual, and India leaders are happy to salute people from the US at every opportunity. Manager or engineer autonomy is absolutely non-existent. From top to bottom, people hassle over small things instead of being practical about solving problems.

1-hour phone screen. If successful, this is followed by: * A 5-person loop interview (1 hour each) * 4 behavioral interviews based on Amazon's Leadership Principles * 1 technical design interview Breaks will be provided in between. Additiona
After the initial phone screen, I went to the final stage, which consisted of five interviews spread across two days. I spoke with a hiring manager, some SDEs, and a TPM. There were many situational and behavioral interview questions, with one system
