Pros

Tons of autonomy, customer obsession, and investment in employees. It feels more like a startup than a large company, in a great way. The leadership principles (or core values) are valued all the way up and down the management chain. I've worked at plenty of places where this is just theatrics, but it is not the case here.

Cons

With autonomy and trust, teams build different systems. There are no standards, which is fantastic, but it can lead to a lot to wrap your head around.
