Pros

The company is huge and it has a role for everyone. The company empowers people to thrive towards what they are passionate about.

As Engineers, you own your destiny and an abundance of approachable people are at all levels in the company.

Cons
  • Since the company is huge, there are too many processes to get a product out. I think it's necessary for a company this big.
  • The RSU vesting cycle is tail heavy, meaning the majority of the RSUs vest towards the 4th year. This is probably the strategy to retain people.
Advice to Management

There are a few loopholes where people come in as Project Managers and they transition into SDMs. Probably need to raise the bar on that!
