First, I spoke to a recruiter. I was sent an online assessment, which I passed. Then, I did a virtual interview. I felt I did well in the interview, but I didn't pass. I believe I failed due to a cultural match issue rather than technical abilities.

4 rounds of interviews on-site: 3 coding and 1 system design. Each round had at least 15-20 mins focused on Leadership Principles. Coding and System Design were of medium difficulty.

I first had a call with the recruiter regarding the position and expectations. She also provided some material to prepare with. I later had a 45-minute technical interview. It was mostly basics, except for some coding questions.
