Software Engineer -2
First, I spoke to a recruiter. I was sent an online assessment, which I passed. Then, I did a virtual interview. I felt I did well in the interview, but I didn't pass. I believe I failed due to a cultural match issue rather than technical abilities.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. OA followed by first and final round, which is a virtual one-hour interview with 2-3 leadership principles and 2 LC questions. For summer 2026, the process has been changed to: * OA * Technical interview
