Doesn't always care about shipping the best product and doesn't always care about its employees the way it should. Benefits are not as good as other companies.

Software Engineer
The process was fairly typical for a software engineer role. I spoke with the recruiter, completed an online test, and then progressed to the phone screen. The phone screen was rigorous, and I thought I did well enough, but that was the end for me.

The coding questions they ask can only be answered well if you're truly a seasoned, experienced software engineer, as opposed to a LeetCode ninja. This is great, as I think people should prepare to be a good software developer, not memorize LeetCode
