The coding questions they ask can only be answered well if you're truly a seasoned, experienced software engineer, as opposed to a LeetCode ninja. This is great, as I think people should prepare to be a good software developer, not memorize LeetCode

4 rounds of interviews on-site: 3 coding and 1 system design. Each round had at least 15-20 mins focused on Leadership Principles. Coding and System Design were of medium difficulty.
