On average, everyone in the team works from 10 am to way past midnight, 7 days a week. I have known people working till 5 am on certain days.
People talk a lot about work-life balance, painfully oblivious to how toxic the work culture is. And you can't really blame a manager; the mechanisms and required LPs in every quarter, and campaigns being tracked by different L8s, ensure everyone is perpetually overworked.
