Good Experience, Manager Change
I had a good manager. I worked around 35 hours a week and enjoyed it. I got good hands-on experience and good resume value, and it wasn't a bad place to work. The pay was good.
I accepted the return offer, then found out my manager has changed. There's no way to tell how this will impact it or not.
Treat devs better to retain talent.
Better stock vesting schedule.
