Average pay. Good employee benefits. Big company.
PIP (Pivot Plan) sucks!
Heavy on-call duty. WLB is bad.
I received an online assessment after applying for an entry-level software engineer position on Amazon's career site. I finished the OA assessment and was informed that I would move to the next step, which is the virtual onsite.
Round 1: Easy Round 1 had two LeetCode easy questions. Round 2 was a very tough LeetCode hard question on binary trees.
I've been handed off between four different recruiters throughout the process. I was told I passed the interview but am still waiting on an offer. The System Design round also had no whiteboard/shared coding session, which I found odd.
