The first step consisted of an application process. When selected, there is a meeting in which you have to show your technical and soft skills, including programming exercises or tests with professionals in that field to prove your expertise.

The phone screen included a LeetCode question from the medium-hard category. The question was about graph traversal. I thought I did well, but eventually found out that I made an incorrect assumption, which rendered my solution incorrect.

It was alright. Standard questions are asked. Just practice doing technical interviews to feel ready. The process may take some time, so you need to plan the schedule ahead with the recruiter.
