OA, interviews, LC questions. Asked interview questions that were centered around the Amazon cores and values and had to relate stories to that. The LC questions weren't crazy difficult; I think they were looking for how you explained it.

The first step consisted of an application process. When selected, there is a meeting in which you have to show your technical and soft skills, including programming exercises or tests with professionals in that field to prove your expertise.
