I can see the bottleneck of career growth, and it looks like a lack of promotion opportunities.

It was alright. The people seemed to be a bit overwhelmed by their work, and one arrived late, but it's okay. They were algorithm questions. I recommend practicing algorithm questions when preparing for Amazon interviews.
