Good benefits and decent pay.
Working life balance is not the best.
I experienced a tremendous amount of runaround and poor communication. The interview process was reset twice due to some kind of clerical error. Most of the interviews were fine, but the system design interview with the hiring manager felt pretty ho
There were three interview rounds: * One with the recruiter * One with the tech screener * A marathon session with four engineers Each was about three to four days apart. I had to email them back to get feedback. This was my third application
The online assessment was okay but ran short on time. The total coverage time of 4-5 minutes felt long, with the technical part followed by principle questions. This mimicked a real scenario, which was a bit challenging for a new grad.
