This interview process is very comparable in difficulty to Microsoft's interview. One coding phone screen followed by a 4-5 round "onsite" interview (the onsite was virtual for me). About 40-50% of the interviews focused on leadership skills, with
OA, then 3 rounds. 2 LC, 1 Leadership. The OA was multiple parts, like a "day in the life" as an SWE at Amazon, dealing with technical as well as normal work problems using their interface. Then a LeetCode part.
LeetCode questions that have no correlation to your skill as an engineer, and as a result, you end up having completely useless coworkers. I'm not sure why every company does this.
