During meetings, interns are invited to participate in discussions with regular employees. Projects are done with regular employees. Everyone eats together at noon and works overtime together when they are busy.

Remember, my boss once responded to an email to the team after one o'clock in the evening. At that time, I really admired her drive. She got up at 7 o’clock in the morning, went to bed so late at night, and occasionally took care of the children. Every day I saw her, she was full of energy.

Of course, we usually don't work overtime until very late. During that time, the project had just started. The whole atmosphere at Amazon is like this. Everyone gets along very well.

There is a tradition in our group: no matter who leaves, everyone takes pictures together. Those who leave will give gifts to other people in the group.

The last batch of internship students left. At that time, he gave me:

I have never been in this kind of environment before. You may say that I have never seen the market and it is easy to be satisfied. But I really like this kind of working condition. I am also very happy that my three managers have better job opportunities and chose to leave.
