Really great, professional experience. Had a blast with my amazing and understanding team and manager.
Return to office is miserable, and Amazon doesn’t make it easy or necessarily incentivize it.
Either start offering some form of free food and meals, or provide busses to help with the commute, or make remote work acceptable again.
