Pros
  1. The onboarding process is good, with a three-month plan to cover many topics.
  2. There is a lot of knowledge and processes to learn, and many tools to engage you.
  3. People are pretty nice and very technical; diving deep is a basic skill.
  4. The manager truly cares about employees, providing feedback and opportunities.
Cons
  1. The system is pretty complex; ramp-up time is not quick.
  2. There's a lot of work to do and a lot of information to digest, which keeps you busy.
  3. No free snacks, no free food; there are no bananas anymore.
Advice to Management

Since just getting onboarded and getting well supported during onboarding, other than too much stuff, no more comments.
