Lots of resources and tech stack to learn. Pay and benefits are good, but not as good as some other tech companies. Well-structured internship; easy to understand where you stand with getting a return offer. Received a return offer, and it got pushed 6 months.
Competitive culture, lots of documentation reading and writing, and cult-like behavior about tenants.
